Exciting Changes went into effect with the 2017 Fall Season!
In July 2017, the BCYSA board has voted to adopt some modifications to the end of season tournament rules.

What has changed?
1) Ties in Round Robin Games Stand
No more penalty shoot-outs for tied round robin games! Games ending with a tied score will remain tied. Which will take us to the next change.
2) New Round Robin Point System
There will no longer be any round robin points awarded for scored goals.
The only points awarded are:
3 points for winning team
0 points for a losing team
1 point for a tie (each team receives 1 point)
For those of you who watch professional level soccer, such as the MLS, Champions League, World Cup, or Olympics, this system will be very familiar.
We are confident that these changes will improve the competition and simplify the system.
